Creamy Corn Casserole

This recipe has been passed down in my family from my grandmother.  It seems to be a regular staple at many holiday and family gatherings.  It couldn’t be simpler and has just a few ingredients.

Mix the following together:

1 bag frozen corn

1 can creamed corn

1 8 oz. container sour cream

1 stick softened butter

1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Dash of kosher salt

Dash of pepper

 Pour into 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350º or until custard is “set.”
